About returned goods and product inventory
With the exception of some KELME products, you can return unused items within 10 days. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return request. Please note.
・It is a condition of return that the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
・When returning the product, please return all the items that were included with the product when it was delivered.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns for any of the items listed below as non-returnable.

This site uses an inventory sharing system to adjust inventory, but inventory may be out of sync depending on the timing. Please note that the product you ordered may be out of stock at the timing of inventory update. In addition, please contact us from the inquiry form for large orders such as team orders.
